Merge A (bed)side table based on the honesty of material and purity of form. Its pure geometrical appeal stems from Late Modernist architecture aesthetics merged with the silhouette of the archaic bench. The piece is designed with compositional illusion, playing with positive and negative shapes. The table consists of two burnt oak panels on which are mounted two curved steel parts, in this way the whole structure of the table is captured. A tool-free construction allows the table to be delightfully assembled (or disassembled) with ease: no need for glue, bolts or screws, also to be shipped in a narrow, completely flat package. Materials: Burnt oak or natural oak, powder coated steel. www.evelinakudabaite.com, @evelina.kudabaite
